Probably the last and greatest TV series I ever watched, the 2nd season being particularly good.
Maybe they should do a hollywood reboot with Idris Elba as Tony and Zeinab Badawi playing Paulie.

Incredible performance in Sopranos...
He really honed that paranoid schizophrenic vibe down to a tee.
Something that comes from the legacy of brutal poverty and being a feudal peasant - it's like he got that and channeled the frustration of it into his role.

Think the Pine Barrens episode is my favourite from any series I’ve watched, especially the little bit with the tic-face.
Great character in that series, when he had the awful painting of Tony in his house, the episode at the clairvoyant, getting pissed off as he genuinely believed that the more he invested in his local church the more he should be ‘covered’ from anything bad, like some kind of insurance policy.

When i was in the service i won the chin-ups cup three weeks in a row, fuckin' beautiful definition too. A guy asked to model for the boxing poster, he was half a fag but i was flattered just the same. Now look at this... fuckin' wrinkles like an old lady's cunt.
Always thought Pauline and Junior had the best lines.
